Why can't I click my links?

Istill cant click on any of my links when i recive emails and still cant contact yahoo through drop down box?

Since going over to yahoo email I havent been able to open any of my surveys have tried to contact yahoo vi the drop down box on the top righ of my enail page and nothing happens I dont under stand this and its making me a bit cross.Also I have a box which pops up and says my computer is not responding and to send a report to Microsoft but I send a report and it takes me out of whatever site I am on please can any one help me to sort this one out please I have Windows xp.
