How do I send a message using yahoo mail?

When send messages using yahoo mail they are not being received but I do not get an error or failure message.?

    It's a known problem that Yahoo seems to have fixed. Emails sent during the problem don't look like they are going to get delivered and you will probably have to resend them. Check in your 'sent' folder and forward them on to their destination. The account I am currently logged in with didn't have the problem, but my main account did! So it seems random who was effected. Send an email to yourself now to check if it arrives. If it does it means the problem should be fixed for you.

many people encounter same problem during the last couples days. I also have same problem since yesterday. Just right now, i ask my brother to login my yahoo id in another country and test it, it works properly and now i could send mail out. But so far the mails i have sent since yesterday didnt reach the destinations, only recently sent mails could reach them.

sometimes they are delays or perhaps the person you are sending your emails are lying to you..and they did got your mail but are saying that they didn't ..try sending a email to you and see if you get the mail ,if you do then that means they are lying..good luck

Check the e-mail address. The yahoo server sends the e-mail to the receipiants server. For whatever reason, the receiving server may not be setup to acknowledge receipt of your e-mail. Because of this yahoo isn't informed of receipt or failure to send.

Hi I had this problem, but it was fixed for a short while this morning - & reared its ugly head again... Looking at YAHOO! ANSWERS I see that many YAHOO! users have had this problem since Monday. I contacted YAHOO & they've emailed the folowing... "Thanks for writing to Yahoo! UKIE Customer Care. We understand that your recipients are not receiving your messages. ...Please be assured that we are aware of this issue and have escalated this to our Engineering Department for further investigation...
