How do I escalate a Yahoo mail problem?

Yahoo Mail sign-in problem: Mobile only at home, works fine at work. Why?

• For well over a week, I have not been able to sign into yahoo mail classic from home on this yahoo ID. I get an infinite redirect to "Please verify your password." What does not make sense is the following: I can sign into all other yahoo sites, like avatars, answers, maps and driving directions and even get to my yahoo mail from my PC using Mobile Mail. The only yahoo site with the problem is regular yahoo mail. I have another yahoo email address that I can access from home just fine. This address uses a different yahoo server. If I try to access this yahoo mail account from my PC at work, everything works fine. If I try to access this yahoo mail account from another PC at home, I can't; I get the infinite redirect "Please verify your password." If it were a cookie issue, I shouldn't be able to get to yahoo mobile mail or the other yahoo sites. If it were a server issue, I shouldn't be able to get to my yahoo mail from work. If it were an issue with the email account, I shouldn't be able to get to it at all, not even from work. What kind of problem would explain this?

  It most likely is a cookies problem on your home computer. Go to "Start" button on your computer and click: Click on "Control Panel" Click on "Network and Internet' or "Internet Options" Click on "Privacy" Tab Dheck how high the cookie blocking tab is set. You may need to lower it to medium. Also: Click on "Security" tab Click on "Restricted Sites" Click "Sites" Type in the following two sites: http://ads.bluelithium.com http://ad.yieldmanager.com
