How do I escalate a Yahoo! Mail problem?
-
Over the past several of weeks, I have sent a number of requests (see below) for help, re: my yahoo email account mysteriously dropping and/or not forwarding mail via POP3. This does not happen to all of my mail, only a small portion - - but, I know I have missed some critical messages due to this problem. This started happening around the end of June / beginning of July. While I get the nominal automated response (see below), I have yet to get a single response to my problem from Yahoo! Customer Care. This appears to be the only place to ESCALATE my problem. The following ids are from 4 of the times I contacted Yahoo! Customer Care, without a single response to my problem.
