it reverts to Internet Explorer cannot display this page...when I go to diagnose the problem ..it says there is no problem

You need to clear out your Browser cache, On the keyboard type 'Ctrl Shift Delete' together then, on the window that appears click on Delete. Have a good day RóGéR
