How can I hide my profile on yahoo?

How To Hide My Yahoo Q&A Profile From Yahoo Email Senders?

Hi, guys: I know how to hide my Q&A history from other yahoo answers users. But today after I sent myself an email via yahoo, my latest Q&A was shown below the reciever(myself)'s email adress after the mail was sent successfully. I find it outrageous. I hate to have people view my yahoo answers history. If my other yahoo user friends send me letters, they'll be able to see my Q&A. How to hide it from yahoo email senders? Btw, I think yahoo management should look into this.
Answer:

On My Activity click Edit My Preferences. Click Privacy and Communication. Scroll down and click Don't share my updates. Click Submit. Also on the mail screen click Options. Then at the top of the list uncheck Enable updates, upper left click Save Changes.
