Why can't I access the mail?

Why cant i access e mail?

  • i have one un read e mail in my box when i try to retrieve it, it just keeps saying loading and that is as far as it gets.

    It could be a problem with the webpage where you're checking your e-mail, i.e. hotmail. Or a problem with your ISP (the company that provides your internet service.) Something at their end won't be working properly thus slowing your connection speed down. It's best to leave it a while and it should sort itself out. Failing in that try xconnecting from a computer in a different location, i.e. at a friend's house. hope that helps :)

If it's important I guess you know who it's from. e-mail them and tell them to re-send. Otherwise, just delete it anyway.

you should just change your email to a different one then yahoo or just contract yahoo they might be able to help you with your probelm =]

Use a different browser, like Mozilla/Firefox. Type yahoo.mail.com in the address bar, and take it from there. You should be able to access Yahoo mail that way. I have not been able to access Yahoo Mail through Internet Explorer for over a month, but have no problem accessing through Firefox. Good luck!
