How do i retrieve my old contacts folders?

My email was hacked, I lost all of my contacts, folders, emails, and now can't receive any emails!?

• I found that someone posted 3 months ago about the problem that I am currently having. Someone hacked my account yesterday and now my yahoo account is completely wiped out and I'm not able to receive emails. When I click on the link that someone suggested for a solution - it doesn't work. Can someone please help me solve this?? SOMEONE SENT A REQUEST FOR MONEY, STATING I WAS IN SPAIN AND IN DIRE STRAIGHTS. THIS WENT TO ALL MY CONTACTS. ONCE MADE AWARE, I LOGGED ON TO MY EMAIL ACCOUNT, AND SAW ALL CONTACTS & FOLDERS WERE DELETED, SO I CHANGED MY PASSWORD AND FOUND THAT ANOTHER EMAIL SUB-ACCOUNT WAS CREATED TO RESPOND TO THE REQUEST. I DELETED THIS SUB-ACCOUNT. AFTER I LOGGED OUT, I TRIED EMAILING MY SELF FROM ANOTHER SOURCE, AND OTHERS TRIED TO EMAIL ME - BUT I DO NOT RECEIVE ANY EMAILS. HOW CAN I RESOLVE THIS MATTER? CAN I EVER RECOVER MY CONTACTS AND SAVED FOLDERS?

  contact Yahoo Customer Care in your country. you must contact them asap as after 48 hrs your email etc will be lost. more details are on link below. There is spam mail being sent using yahoo mail asking for your account details DO Not reply this can wipe out some of your files. Yahoo never ask for your details unless your account is not used for a long time.
