Who at yahoo takes broken "mail search" seriously? Who can escalate this problem?

For about a year (or more?) the "search mail" function of my mail account hasn't worked. If I search for a single common word like "amazon", and I know there at least a dozen emails in my account from amazon, I get: "Sorry. We didn't find any results matching the following criteria:" it seems to have better luck searching for e-mails from the last 2 weeks or so. Anything older than that just doens't appear in my search results. What's going on? Who can I e-mail about this? MAIL SEARCH IS BROKEN for me and many, many other users.

I have had this Yahoo account for over ten years. Recently, I have had the same problem. Search feature does not work. I have entered help form as other people have suggested. No answer yet.
