How can I forward my emails from Comcast to my yahoo email?

Every Yahoo email I try to send to any Sprint ISP email (embarqmail, centurylink, etc.) is REJECTED. What now?

  • I'm starting to wonder if this is something personal between Yahoo and Sprint. I can use my Yahoo email to send email to EVERYONE else -- it's only Sprint recipients that reject it. There's nothing SPAMmy about my emails -- these were individual emails to colleagues, not even to mailing lists. Is there a way around this? I hate to dump Yahoo after keeping this account for 10+ years, but I really need to be able to send email to Sprint customers as well.... The emails I get all say the same thing: === Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address. <[email protected]>: Remote host said: 554 5.7.1 [SC13] Your email was rejected for policy reasons. Reasons for rejection may be related to content with spam-like characteristics or IP/domain reputation problems. Please contact your Email/Internet Service Provider for additional help. [BODY] == For reference, my ISP is Comcast which would be no help. [I'm not really up to call India and sift through hold for them to blame Yahoo.] Has anyone else hit this problem? Were you able to fix it?

  • Answer:

First check out of email is valid. You can use therefor free email checker: http://www.ip-address.org/verify/email-checker.php http://www.ipaddresslocation.org/email_lookup/check-email.php http://www.find-ip-address.org/email-lookup.php If they show that email is valid then only what you can do is to contact them and asking to add you to their white list of email senders or to contact them using another email.

CenturyLink was having huge problems with this issue. They were bouncing millions of emails with a message that said "Sender is blacklisted". A phone call to their customer service got "We hope to have it fixed soon... maybe in 1 week". You can't fix it. You have to wait. You aren't doing anything wrong.
