Yahoo email problem?

Is there a problem with Yahoo email today?

  • Even though I am logged in, the Yahoo main page is not telling me when I have new email. I hit "refresh" and it says zero but I go to the yahoo email page and I have email. Yahoo Messenger is not telling me when I have new email either. I can't stay in Yahoo email and keep hitting refresh every 2 minutes. I need notification to work.

    It's not happening only to you. This is a Yahoo glitch that will soon be fixed.

Yahoo email is not working today. Plain and simple. What used to be as reliable as the sun setting in the west everyday (at least it does in California I checked) is now a crapshoot.

I have problems everyday. Using Firefox on a Windows 98 PC, I can't reply to emails. Using Firefox on a Windows XP PC, I can. Go figure - Yahoo email can be fickle.

Hey...believe it or not...it works the other way around with me... My page tell me I had 14new msgs, but when I check it, it's only like 8 mails. It happened again now...still 14 mails...but when I cheked it...I have no mails at all... yahoo has been stealing my mails?

mine are telling me that i have new messages, but it's the same ones i checked 1st thing this morning. i have 2 e-mail addresses, one set up to open on IE and the other is set up to open on Firefox.

I'm also having the same problem, not only is messenger NOT telling me I have new mail, the plugins won't even load in the main messenger window.
