Help with Yahoo! mail?

Am not able to log into yahoo using mail.yahoo.com. But, am able to log in through mail.yahoo.co.uk-help pls

  • I am not able to log into yahoo messenger as well (error-invaid user id or password). I am not able to find my yahoo profile also in yahoo profile search. Tried searching with my full name and with my yahoo id as well. Strangely, I am getting partial access to my yahoo mail account through http://mail.yahoo.co.uk. But, after logging through this url, I am able to receive and send mails. I am not able to gett into my account information as my password is getting failed when I try to get into my account information. Help to get this fixed for this problem is very much appreciated, thank you. For your information, I am using this mail account without any issues from past 9 year appx. This log in problem started from past 2-3 months.

    some of these problems are crept in the course of upgrading process of Yahoo. please try the method:- ..scan your computer for spy ware and delete ..delete cookies ..log in yahoo account from the available mode. ..if possible go to account information and verify whether content is yahoo UK and change to your need. ...if the procedure does not work; . please fill up the form and submit to yahoo. http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/bug_f.html?from_url=http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/technical/index.html .. it will be rectified by yahoo .................v please also go through the information from the link http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/commonissues/common-02.html ...............v

I personally would try to call about this problem.It could be minor or it could be major. You may need to reset your cookies or maybe someone hacked your account....either way Your best bet would be to get in contact with a tech...from yahoo...... If you have too use google.com to try and find out some answers or at least to get a tech # , then do so.
