How do you access the Yahoo mail?

Cannot gain access to my PAID e-mail acct. No responese fm.Yahoo. How long for answer fm. Yahoo?

  • Joined Yahoo 2days ago. Purchased Plus Mail yesterday. This purchase was confirmed by e-mail and also on my accounts page. Have never been able access it. When I try (yes I'm signed in) I'm sent to the mail set up page. If I click on setup for free mail acct. it will take me to Yahoo signup page or to profile page. I contacted Yahoo and got an auto-response with fixes to that don't apply. At the end of the e-mail I was told (if non of above helped) to reply to the e-mail & leave subject line intact. I cut & pasted the orig. e-mail & sent. (did not get an autoresponce this time) Did they get my last E-mail? How long will it take to get a responce? This inquery is about a PAID service.

    it is not a yahoo problem and you are probably having to wait so long because yahoo will be unindated with people who's e-mail is not currently working. This problem stems from a recent microsoft update, and microsoft are now well aware of this problem. They are advising people to go to microsoft.com and download all of the latest updates and it should solve the problem.

You are not alone Yahoo email is having loads of problems to random people - Im one of them there are many others - I wouldnt hold your breath with Yahoo doing anything Im afraid - paid or not they wont help - all they do is (via their website links) refer you to yahoo answers where other people not them have to stew over their failings. Yes you can find what colour dress to wear at a wedding here along with how long you should boil an egg - But low betide you if you want help from Yahoo themselves they dont care and as proved in your case just want your money. Sorry I couldnt be more helpful - but they havent helped me at all nor its seems you.

hi, it took me three email and about a week to get a response, and it still didn't fix the problem. i am still trying how to fix it. I cannot send messages!

If it doesent work and YahoO! doesent respond for your paid account close the account or don't pay for it
