Why am I not able to send an attachment in my mail?

Why can't I get mail to send or reply etc? I get a subject line an attachment line but NO body to type anythin

  • I have to BODY Format on my compose part I do get a Subject line an attachment line BUT it will not send or repy to anything and I cannot type anything into the Box line that your supposed to have

    It's the 'Colors & Graphics' editing tool that's not showing up. If you switch to Plain Text mode, this won't be a problem. You can do this by clicking on Options in the upper right corner of your inbox and then on General Preferences. The option for selecting your composing preferences should be about mid-page. Don't forget to save your new settings. If it still doesn't work, you may want to try switching to another browser. If you're using Internet Explorer now, Mozilla Firefox is highly recommended. It's more secure than IE and has more features. You can try it out at http://www.getfirefox.com/

A lot of ppl with yahoo beta mail are all having the same problem. Not sure if anyone knows why. u should be able to report all bugs. Check this grp out they might have the answer that you are looking for...plus they have a place to report all bugs in beta mail. Best of luck to you in getting ur mail problem fixed
