How do I get my address book format back?

Why can I no longer forward email, reply to email or get me address book up since the Yahoo format changed?

I can receive email but cannot do what is described above.

This is a common problem and usually it's quite simple to fix. You need to change your preferences to plain text formatting instead of HTML. Complete instructions for this are at http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/send/send-34.html

I wish I could help you as I have asked the same question and so far Ive been told to turn off my html and another said to get a different email address at Q mail. Apparently there aren't any people here any smarter that we are ;-) Good Luck finding the answer.
