How do I see my avatar when I log into mail?

Why I see SERVER HANGUP message when trying to log into yahoo mail account?

When attempting to log into Yahoo mail account I see the message SERVER HANGUP. Also option of replying with sending email to yahoo account would not work as there is no access to mail account
Answer:

I am on hour three of the same issue. However, it is only with my personal email account and not the corporate one.
