How do you get rid of contact mail for Yahoo mail?

How do I contact Yahoo to complain? I can't get my mail anyone know when I can cos it's pretty urgent?

  • why can't I find someone at yahoo to email all I want is a simple answer? Maybe I'm missing something or maybe yahoo isn't as user friendly as it once was or am I just in a bad mood cos I can't get an urgent mail and I've no knowing when I can?

    well i cant either ergh! i hope that its true we can log on through the USA and where does that guy get off on telling us we are in no position to complain! dum ***, i cant just open up a new account, i have friends and contacts emailing me on my yahoo, plus all their addresses are in my yahoo address book, cheeky sod we have every right to complain or atleast ask how to access our account!!

Are you paying for E-mail? If not, I dont think you are in the position to complain to anyone. Open a new account with hotmail or google.

When you get on the first yahoo page, look for where it asks you to look at the new yahoo front page. I just clicked on that and was able to access my mail immediately Best of luck

yep somethin strange is goin on with the yahoo uk site as im not able to log in either....i was able to eventualy by goin to yahoo usa and logging in from there..good luck

Cannot really help you but a message to all those kind people who have mailed me, i cannot get them, the messages i mean, please mail me on [email protected] if you can help, i think there are quite a few of us with the same problem and if anyone from yahoo is logged please help!
