How can I change [email protected] into [email protected]?

I tried hard but just couldn't do it. I can change the chinese language into English ，but still can't change it into a real Yahoo! mail. You know [email protected] is not safe.But I don't want to open a new a account. Anyone knows please tell me! I can't thank you more.
