Does anyone know what are the incoming and outgoing servers for yahoo mail?

I tried creating 2 more "NEW" yahoo mail Philippines but they don't receive any mail..anyone know why?

Well, i have 3 yahoo mail now...the 1st i created 90's the second one was the new version of yahoo mail it received mails but just around 11 mail then it stopped receiving, i registered in some sites which required a confirmation e-mail but i did not receive anything, i also tried sending a mail from my 1st yahoo mail but i received nothing in my 2nd yahoo mail, the same goes for my 3rd and newest yahoo mail...anyone having the same experience and anyone having a solution for this problem..?
