Does anyone have problems opening attachments in Yahoo mail?

Anyone having trouble opening or uploading attachments to yahoo mail today?

    I am also having problems uploading and downloading from one of my yahoo accounts. It is working on my another yahoo account (go figure). Since I use the first account for specific type of correspondance, and want the receipents to feel I am sending the email from the first account (ie. display name, from, reply-to), I added and verified the first email account into my second email account. Then, I select the first account in my second email account when I compose the email to simulate the mail is being sent from the first account. Similarly you can receive the email of the first account in the second account. You can setup the mail access by selecting Options->Accounts->Add Accounts. If you have multiple accounts on yahoo, check if upload/download is working in your other accounts, and try to see if the abovementioned workaround works for you. -- Good luck

Yes, and so are a number of my friends. Photo attachments are neither viewable in slideshow, or downloadable. However, if I forward same messages to my non-Yahoo email account (Gmail), the attachments are viewable and can also be downloaded without problem. Clearly, this is another New Yahoo Mail issue!

I'm having the same problem in PA & NJ. Can't upload or download anything in Yahoo. It they don't resolve this soon I'm going to my Gmail account. Yahoo is in trouble and it's ashamed that they are not addressing this issue. It seems that it is all over the country and Europe.

It must be yahoo because I am having the same problem in Ukraine and in the past I never had that problem. It started yesterday all day and today all day, I can not download or upload small files. I had to use Hotmail to download my files.

Same here in Florida, spoke to Live Chat and they are aware of the problem and are trying to resolve, may take up to 48 hours, which stinks, because this is my work email.

Yes...I too have an issue with Yahoo photo attachment. However, sending to another account, such as Gmail, it did open the attachment fine.

Yes I cannot upload or download any attachment of files today at all. has anybody figured this oiut yet. it seem yahoo hasissue ever week lately with this new format

I have had the same problem since Monday and had a service tech tell me it was Yahoo and not my computer. Very frustrating.....

Ooooh, yeah! Been driving me insane! I'm trying to send out resumes, and can't attach a thing, or open pics or text files sent to me either. Finally created a gmail account to get through my day.
