Why do I keep getting back email that I sent failure?

Hey I keep getting failure of delivery notices for email i didnt sent = about 30 a day what can I do?

    once you opened one spam mail- system will detect that your particular e-mail is being used that's why you have been sent a lot- make sure you direct these e-mails to your bulk folder and make sure not to open another e-mail that you're not sure of where it's coming from. another group will be sending you spam. doubling the spams you're already receiving

that is a virus...mark it as spam so it will go to your junk / bulk mail....

Me too had same problem, but dont know how it solved. can some one say what happened? Little try to save 2 points here (LOL) by putting my question in answer. if it works
