Boyfriends 22nd birthday, need ideas?

My boyfriends turning 22 and usually every year, besides gifts, we do little creative stuff. Last year I covered his car in post-its that read 'happy birthday' and lots of other things, but I need a new creative idea for his birthday coming up. Any ideas?
