What to get my Best Friend for Christmas/Birthday?

  • It's a combined Christmas + Birthday gift Well, I've known her for almost 13 years (I'm only 15, and she's turning 15) and so we have known each other for almost all of our lives. I know that money doesn't make something special, but I thought it would be nice to get her something nice like a bracelet or necklace from James Avery. But, she isn't super girly so I am not sure she would wear something too too girly. But, my idea was to get her either a necklace with a best friend charm on it for her birthday tomorrow, and for Christmas make something, like a photo memories book. Or, I could make that now and get her then necklace for Christmas, or instead get her one that is engraved (I think that might take more time, although I'm not sure), OR get her a charm bracelet with one charm (I already know that I am getting a charm bracelet for Christmas) and then each year get her a new charm. I really want to get her something nice, I would be helping to pay for it along with my parents as well. A necklace with a charm would be about $60, and a charm bracelet would be almost $90, so I'm worried that that might be too expensive... I don't know. Advice? :)

    I would buy matching charm bff braclet then any time you have a good time, you can add a charm and then you will remeber that time. I would buy her a scrapbook and stuff to go with it so you guys can have a memory lane to go through.I know biut if you go to claires they have charm braclets for 2 or 3 for 16$ and you an go to a.c moore to get the charms which is like 4$ each.You can buy her a bag or cellphone case or wristlet. any clothes,speakers.headphones,i pod gift card,you should know your sister by now :)

I think that $60 or $90 is a bit too expensive for your age... When I was around 14 my bestie made me a photo scrap book of us two with different pics of us growing up together.. BEST PRESENT EVER! I'm 24 now, still have it and love it! It was made with such love, I love it so much :) and I like the idea of what someone else said about matching BFF bracelets, they are always a good gift :)
