What to do for my 13th birthday?

  • right, For this birthday im getting my first pony on a loan for probably about 4-7 years, depends what pony I choose. now im amazingly great-full for this and i'm literally buzzing! My birthday is coming up, I want something small as I respect my mum is getting a pony, but it's a very confusing situation,I'd love just a day out with my mates,but I my main mates are popular and my class mates are un-popular, that's not really the case.. one of my friends(so called) is kind of a cow to me, but she's really close to my bestmate, which she has been my bestmate for about 4 years and has been on holiday with me 3 times. So..?i don't know,my social life is completely messed up! :( and just to add, my birthday presents from my family will be all to do with this pony im getting and I'm paying for the keep I got with my christmas money ( just so you know i am NOT! a spoilt brat!) I'd love a day just for riding my first pony and bonding with it, but the day after my birthday I will be seeing the pony im getting and a few days after that the pony will be delivered, so i can't do that!:(

    Happy birthday to you .But I am not sure you really know what you want as your story is going all over the place.At your age ,you should be grateful for whatever gifts come your way. You want the pony yet complain that you would have to pay for its upkeep from your christmas money and at the same time you say what you want most is to spend time with your friends. Even here you have some complaints. You need to choose which is more important to you: you can select the pony,or going out with your friends.After you decide,tell your parents your choice and ask them for advice. You are going to be 13 after all and still have a long way to go to be wiser and more mature.You need to learn and appreciate the fact of life that you can not always get what you want.

Maybe you can see your first pg-13 movie as you're now of age. Take your best friend with you and if anyone asks, say you parents only allowed you to bring one friend. Maybe you guys can go out to eat together after, Red Robins gives out free sundaes to birthday customers!
