Sorry, but I can't 'join you next week' because now I take blood pressure pils and cholesterol pills, so I'm now disqualified. But this is not before I have given over four gallons total over the years, and I did it until I could not any more. Go for it. It's up to you now. I hated the needle, but I did it anyway.
