What are some good DIY/inexpensive halloween decorations?

What are some good creepy scary cheap halloween props that i can build myself or decorations?

I personally think the coffin one is great. My brother made one out of old scrap wood from Home Depot (so that was cheap) but then he got a little crazy and put a dead guy in the coffin that worked on hydraulics so he could have him pop up with the push of a button. He had a blast scary all the kids in his neighborhood. My other brother had a party once and went to a butcher shop and got all kinds of gross animal parts like a sheeps head, cows tongue, etc. and placed them around all the finger foods he had out for his guests to enjoy.....it was pretty creepy. Have fun.

Grave: Get a grave sized sheet of styrofoam or plywood. Lay it on the ground and cover with dirt, maybe add dirty cheese cloth. Then add some plastic skelletons parts like hands or arms sticking out of it.
