Which courses are in more demand in Australia?

Already have vet degree cant WORK IN AUSTRALIA?

• my partners got a vet degree, studied in university and issued in Iraq. It was just certified here in aust by AEI-NOOSR. he called to join the vet association here in sydney they told him he has to sit a general exam first before he can start practising here. what a headache.. he's got the knowledge of large animals and practice with them but he dosent have any other good experience to even sit the test, so we are thinking he can start with vet nursing at tafe to build the experience up but the courses are limited in sydney and very high demand, there isnt a good chance he will get enrolment. Now we are thinking of moving to the south coast ( NOWRA, BATEMANS BAY,BEGA ,EUROBODALLA DISTRICT as i have family there. but we cant find any courses in the tafes, anyone have some advice for him? a freind suggested he should find a job in a vet clinic first , then apply for a course but i think thats impossible. IM sure there is somewhere he can get a traineeship also but i dont know where to start...he is just sitting here in sydney doing other jobs and throwing his 5 years of study away when he is just as competent than any other vet student here. he's also a permanent resident of australia too help please! 1 minute ago
