have a friend who's daughter has been living in a defacto relationship for 15 years and bought up his 3 children.from a previous marriage she helped with the initial deposit on the home what is she entitled to under australian law should she leave

Last time I looked in NSW (which is quite a while ago) de facto property settlement did not take contributions as a parent and homemaker into account - just the financial contributions. This is inequitable, especially for long relationships, and things may have changed.
