I Have F5 Residence Visa in Korea But Filipino National, How Can I Obtain Tourist Visa in Australia? also my friend want to Apply For A Tourist Visa To Australia As A Philippines Citizen, but have a working visa here in Korea?

Answer:
The fact that you have a Residence visa for Korea or that your friend has a work visa there makes no difference to the fact that you must apply as Philippines citizens and must each apply for a subclass 676 Tourist visa. http://www.immi.gov.au/visitors/tourist/676/ In the Document Application Checklist for the visa, under Other documents, you will see where it says: • If you are employed, confirmation from your employer of your employment status (your income and period of employment) and the period of approved leave. • Evidence of enrolment at school, college or university. • If visiting relatives or friends, a letter of invitation from your relative or friend in Australia. If your relative or friend is paying for your visit, evidence that they have the necessary funds. • Other information to show that you have an incentive and authority to return to your home country. http://www.immi.gov.au/visitors/_pdf/676-visa-checklist.pdf You should provide those documents relating to the Philippines if you have them but your current incentives and authority to stay in Korea will be even more important. DIAC want to be as sure as possible that you will leave Australia when your visa expires and Filipinos have shown themselves to present a high risk of overstaying and working illegally. Evidence of strong ties to Korea and authority to return there will assist greatly in showing that you are unlikely to overstay and strong financials will show that you are unlikely to work illegally.

Kumusta Dai, you know very well the rules so dont act ignorant.Filipinos, especially young Pinays like yourself will have no chance of a tourist visa. (TNT) and you know it and so doesAussie immigration. The trouble is,so many Pinays do it, any application now from single, young Pinays is practically impossible unless you have an Aussie friend or relative here and they will be willing to post a bond repayable when you go back. Not many will do that. Having a visa for Korea means nothing and I wouldnt mention it anyway. It just tells our Immigration you are another Pinay OFW looking for a way out.
