What is the salary like for Registered Nurses in Victoria, Australia and New Zealand?

Hi, I am a registered nurse from San Francisco, and I am considering moving to either Australia or New Zealand. I love Auckland and Melbourne equally. I make a six figure salary in California, I have a Master's Degree in Nursing and three years of experience. What is the salary out look in Melbourne for Registered nurses. What is the salary range in Auckland like? Can you become a nurse practitioner in an Australian state or in New Zealand with a master's degree. Thanks
