How can I study in Ireland?

What can I study in Brazil, Australia, or Ireland?

• Say I had funding to study or to become educated about something in one of these countries, for about three weeks. What in particular in these countries could I study? For example, if I went to Israel, I could study the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict or Arab culture in Israel or visa versa, or something like that. Can you think of anything that I could study in Brazil, Australia, or Ireland, preferably a cultural study or something based on recent events, or both. This would be an independent study, as in not taking classes, although going to a lecture or speaking with a professional would be beneficial while there. Thank you for your time.

  In Australia you would have to enrol in some type of course unless of you use one of the great public libraries in Australia.If you apply to come to Australia to study and then tell them you don't want to do a course you probably wont get in.They would be suspicious.
