Answer:
you were only allowed to work in NZ because an employer sponsored you, when you left your employment your visa is cancelled your employer does not have to give you your job back , you resigned

You had a sponsored work visa. Once you resigned from employment with that employer you lost all rights to be in New Zealand. Had you stayed the 3 year you may have been able to apply for residency, as you stayed only a year you lost that right also. You then went and stayed illegally in the US, other countries will also be aware of this and can prohibit you from getting entry. It's not smart to disrespect and break countries laws. Did my former employer who sponsored my multiple work visa and work permit.. expire this when i left the new zealand? You did this when you resigned from your job with them, don't blame them. do they have right? what do you think this is, we don't give people a free ride and free immigration, when you choose to break the rules i gave proper notice when i left... what is the duration the employer in new zealand give to come back then regain ones job bacK? NONE you quit, you CHOSE to leave. You can't turn around and expect to get your job back. Even if they did re-consider you for a job, they wouldn't sponsor you again. That cost them money, then you turned around and shoved it in their faces. Go home and stay there, you are extremely rude and disrespectful to other countries, no one would want you there.
