How do you dial a USA 1800 number from Australia?

Calling from USA to Australia?

• What does one dial (besides 1 + area code + number) in order to call from USA to Australia (and vice versa)? And is texting from an USA number to an Australian number the same as calling? Or do one has to mark special number/code/whatever to do that as well? (It's both on cellphones)

  To call or text an Australian cell phone from an American cell phone, if the person's number was 0422 333 444 (without any area codes, because cell phones in Australia don't have area codes), you'd call +61422333444. +61 being Australia's dialling code, and 04 being the normal starting digits of all cell phones in Australia, just like it's 07 in the UK.. not sure what it is in the USA
