Skill assessment re-validation?

ACS Skill assessment – query?

• I request your comments/opinion with regards to apply for Skill assessment at ACS. I have checked my eligibility for visa and I am happy as per my understanding I am eligible, but I have only one concern about my education. 1. I have completed my BSc in Physics, Mathematics and Computer science - 3 years full time. 2. After completing my BSc, I joined IT organisation (full time) and at present my total exp is 4.3 yrs of which 2 yrs in SAP Netweaver. During my work, I also completed MCA (master of computer application) 2.5 yrs in CORRESPONDANCE Now, the query is as per ACS - am I eligible for passing/clearing the assessment? Regards,

  The ACS are a law unto themselves and they have the last word on whether your qualifications are adequate. If your BSc. had a major in Computer Science, they look OK to me for Group A assessment for ASCO 2231-79 as a SAP specialist (sorry, no idea how they'll treat your MCA), but there is absolutely no way to predict how the ACS will jump. Make sure you have well documented proof of your qualifications and experience; apply for assessment and cross your fingers (or pray if that's your bag). No one else can predict the outcome. For CSL skills assessment, your SAP experience is critical as you MUST get a skills assessment specifically for that specialty or something else on the MODL - a general assessment isn't good enough.
