I don't get time to prepare for these exams and I am working in middle east away from my native country.so how can proceed? How long it may take to get work visa?

  If your passport is not from one of the designated English speaking countries (UK, Ireland, Canada, NZ), you must pass IELTS at the level specified for your occupation. It is impossible to answer your 'how long' question without at least knowing what visa you have applied for and your occupation. EDIT: If you have enough documented experience in one of the CSL/MODL specialties to be able to get a positive skills assessment for that specialty from the ACS and if everything else is in order, you should have your visa within 3 or 4 months of lodging your application (though it could be longer if there are large numbers of applications. If you can't get a CSL/MODL assessment, it will take years.
