What is a cheap and reputable university in australia that is located in the outskirts and not in big cities?

All universities charge much the same prices for tuition. Accommodation and food is the only thing that is cheaper in regional cities. University of Wollongong is a top ranked uni, it has one university of the year numerous times and it a reputable university world wide. University of New England in Armidale, New South Wales had always had a decent rep. Not great, but good. Degrees from there will be recognised anywhere in the world. Universities in Australia are fairly closely controlled and meet reasonable standards, there are few "buy a degree" places. The only one I have ever heard of was in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane and handed out "degrees" to fundamentalist "Christian" pastors. There are probably a few others like that, but if the place has a real campus you can assume it's genuine.
