What kind of visa do I need to go to Germany?

Work & Travel visa Australia . need some help ?

• Hi there iam from Germany and i have applied for a work & travel visa for Australia and i hope very soon i will get it , now my question is that where should i start in Australia , because first of all i would need a job and i want to work on a farm anywhere far from the cities or do something with nature and adventure stuff would be great if anyone could help me out or give me some kinda tips where to go in Australia ? or some tips where to stay and work or kind of tips which you think would be helpfull for me when iam there Thank you

  First of all you would need sufficient funds in your bank for Australia to allow you in. That requirement will be explained in your visa application. There is plenty of explanations about that sort of thing on the very informative government site: http://www.immi.gov.au I think that that site also contains info regarding rural work as well. In any case, if you Google "backpacking Australia" or similar you will enter a whole universe of sites containing info on hostels, work, travel etc. Don't forget that no-one is going to give you "adventure stuff" if you have no skills to offer as they are not going to invest time and money training a backpacker who can only work for them for a maximum 6 month period. Rural work is certainly available, generally in the fruit picking season - which is what you would be doing. Get yourself into reality mode first before you arrive and realise that you will be working generally speaking in menial roles. But then the whole idea of the "young persons working holiday" visa is to enable "young people" to come to Australia for an extended holiday and finance themselves while they are here by short-term working. Its not a career move. The backpackers that I have met, and there have been plenty of them, usually have a real blast while here and you will too, once you understand what you are coming to.
