What is living on Hamilton Island like?

Job seeker resources for working hamilton island, hayman island, whitsundays....?

• Im looking to get a job when i come back home to australia in either hayman island hamilton island or the whitsundays. Either in hotel/ hospitality or maybe a tourism company. Can you help me find links to apply for jobs online Ive been to a few sites like seek.com ,workinthewhitsundays.com but im looking for more... maybe if you have worked there before any tips or advice or stories.   Be proactive. Employers who advertise on places like seek without a recruitment agency just get spammed with hundreds of desperate unqualified applications and don't go advertise there again. You may be better off emailing your resume directly to the hotels and restaurants on the islands. Then call them to follow up. They would have a high turnover of seasonal workers and a pool of contacts to call upon when needed, I guess. And maybe register with some hospitality recruitment agencies. Good luck!
