How to study in or working in new zealand?

• i studied law in a commonwealth country and would like to migrate to new zealand or atleast just live there for a couple of years. any idea on how i should do it? i would like to further my studies but i dont think so i want further in law. i think i want to take another major. like human resourse. at the same time i dont have that much of money. how do i obtained scholarship? how about working there... i dont want to be a lawyer or anything to do with legal. but however i want to have a good profesional job. how do i get it?

  Ok number one, Not possible to get a job outside your degree skill right now, the economy is too bad and they are saving jobs for New Zealanders. Number two, study is the best option, you will have to be a full paying student or you may be able to get a scholarship from your own government, the NZ govt doesn't hand them out to anybody, let alone foreigners. You can work part-time if your course of study is for two years or if its in a skills shortage area, the list has shrunk a lot. Your best chance of getting a scholarship is to do LLM. I know you said you didn't want to, but it would open doors for a possible job in NZ later. I do consulting work in Immigration. http://www.immigration.govt.nz
