Why the hell cant i register on ebay new zealand??

when i go to ebay registration page, then enter all my details..(with country as NZ), and press register..the page just refreshes with all the fields cleared..this happened for the past week ..y the hell is this..

Well I registered with ebay (country New Zealand) -no problem (quite some time ago). Have you entered all the fields - post code, region etc.?

Why would you want to? In New Zealand, ebay is nothing. They use TradeMe instead.
