Childcare jobs in Australia?

i have just passed my BTEC national diploma in Child Care Learning and Development (UK), in the future i am hoping to move to Australia and get a job in childcare. If there's any information anyone could give me on the kinds of jobs i could get with my qualification in Australia, any information on nursery nurses in Australia or anything else that may come into use please could you let me know thanks x

Child Care is not listed on the critical skills list http://www.visabureau.com/australia/critical-skills-list.aspx which means you will not be able to get a migration visa. Only people with specific in demand jobs are granted migrations visas (and this list is decreasing monthly due to the current crisis).
