Coles or Woolworths?

Woolworths hands down

We go to Coles more often, probably because it's in the shops among the other shops, whereas our Woolworths is separate and a bit further away. The 10(or is it 12?) items or less checkouts at Woolies are a crappy set-up. You know that 3 cash registers along 1 table thing. It's an especially bad layout when you get stuck behind a mum and her 10 kids and you have to squeeze your way out of there. I think I like the food better at Woolies though. And Coles never has enough staff on. I've been in there some (reasonably busy) nights when theres only 1 or 2 checkout chicks.

i prefer safeway (woolies).. i think the deli is slighly cheaper.. but there are more coles that do the 24 hr thing.. which is handy... the problem with coles and night stocking is that if its really busy, there is nothing left and fu!k all to choose/ buy from.. i reacon it depends on the actual store, but im generally a safeway person

COLES they have wider area i agree with the stacking thing aswell alot are open 24 hours!! its cheaper, more reliable, neat, in orded, smart, helpful

It depends on what you want to buy, but my personal preference is woolies as I find that particularly there meat seems to be of better quality & that the prices charged on any given item are slightly cheaper

woolworths definatly!!! but then again im bias cause i work there :)

I think Coles is cheaper so I go there
