Can I transfer universities?

Which Australian universities have a partner American university to transfer from?

• I live in America, but want to study in Australia. I'd end up going to college in America for the first few years, but then I'd want to transfer into an Australian school. Which universities are linked between America and Australia and would make it easy to transfer between programs? I think it's called sisters schools or partner schools, but which ones are out there? If you could give me a list of all of the American universities that have transfer options, that would be great. ^^ I'm not talking about studying abroad, but transferring schools permanently. The major I'm interested in is Business, Marketing.

  This is an option for you but you'll find that it isn't that difficult. Don't let possible universities here influence which uni you go to over there. Most of the courses at all the unis in Australia are very similar so it is just a case of finding out where you want to live, seeing which unis are in that area and then approaching them before you get here to discuss courses, recognition of prior learning and whatnot. Be aware that international students must pay for their uni places up front. If you are considering moving here permanently then you won;t be eligible for government assistance for 2 years.
