  • Answer:

The best thing to do is to apply for all the Universities that you're interested in. All the University websites have a section for International students which explains how the admission process works, how to apply, fees, what to expect as an international student, and what scores you need for each course. The academic year in Australia begins at the end of our summer, so February/March, and, unless you need to do some extra study or a bridging course, that would be the time to begin your course. You also need to be aware that being good at soccer, or any other type of sport, has no bearing on whether or not you get into university - sport is not on the curriculum. The only time this might help you get a place is if you want to train as a sports instructor.
