I'm keen 2 get a job on a mountain in Europe or Aussie whats the best way to go about it.?

Im a 20 year old kiwi guy and am dying to do any kind of work where snows involved. I've got no experence working on a mountain, i would be keen to do unpaid trial period. il'd even work through the summer in Ausie if i could carry on through into the winter. Whats the best way to go about getting work in the snow in Ausie or Europe.
