How can I get a discount on australia greyhound website?

I'm gonna buy one mini traveler pass, which is used from melbourne to cairns, on australia greyhound website. I am traveling from 14th of October to 9th of November. It costs $374 with concession of VIP card. But at the moment, there are some promotion such as "5% off net bookings and spring special 30% off" on the greyhound website. Can I get a discount such as 5% Off or 30% off when I buy a mini traveler pass with VIP card? When I tried to buy on the website, it seemed like I couldn't get any discount. Could you let me know if I can't get any discount, what that promotion such as 5% off or 30% off is for??
