  Answer above, the teacher's college is actually in Karori. So it'd be best to live in Karori, but it's quite an expensive suburb. Northland, Highbury and Kelburn are the surround suburbs. There's a bus that goes very close to the campus. The Karori buses start in Lyall Bay and Miramar and go through Newtown and into the city. So really you could live anywhere around there. There's also a hall of residence/dorm in Karori called Helen Lowery. It's cheaper than most Vic halls because it's not in the city. I've done a few papers at the Karori campus, don't expect anything flash. Also, Victoria doesn't have the best reputation for teacher's college. Also, there's a high level of knowledge required to enter our teacher's colleges. We assume that you know the difference between to and too! ...
