I'm going to Sydney next month. There are a zillion charter boats it seems. I want a really good one for a business function for 20 people. Must be impeccable and have good food and service.

That's easy. the company with the best boats, best service, best crew and hands-down best website is Flagship Cruises. They have some amazing boats. Check out the Cambria on their site - replica of a 1928-style gentlemans cruiser - been featured in magazines. Pretty expensive though. Commissioner II is another good one - I took a cruise on that - its an old restored timber boat - very classy. http://www.flagshipcruises.com.au
