Are there Free English Classes for oversea students in Sydney Australia?

I'm planning on travelling in Australia with a working holiday visa in mid September. I'll stay in Sydney and find a casual work. Also I'd like to learn English there. Because English is not my mother language and I'm poor at it. As I know, there are some free English classes for oversea students in Melbourne. Are there those in the evenings for overseas students in Sydney? If you know it, could you tell me about it,in detail.

You go to 31 Market St, Sydney, NSW 2000 (CBD) to book for free English class ( there are only 2 levels : starting and intermediate English.
