What are some things I have to do/see in Sydney, Australia?

go around the eastern suburbs beaches, bondi, maroubra, coogee etc. could even go to cronulla down south explore townhall and the rest of the cbd, you may want to check out newtown, well known for its trendy cafes and diverse range of people. try a sports bar or look up when its on foxtel and then go to the pub and ask them to put that channel on 4 u

Apart from the obvious, visit some nice suburbs full of character, like Newtown (a bit bohemian but full of locals, not tourists, and interesting), Glebe (many good cafes, a student area), Balmain (good live music in the pubs, locals go there). I lived in Sydney during my uni days so i checked out all these:) Also Woolloomooloo, Kings Cross, Chippendale, Surry Hills, Annandale..; the classic old historical pubs on The Rocks; and i would also visit Bondi and Manly beaches.
